STRADEFY - REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs subscription purchases, software access, platform usage, digital product licensing, and related services provided by Stradefy Platform ("Stradefy", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing Stradefy Platform services, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Each subscription, renewal, upgrade, plan change, reactivation, or continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy then in effect.

2. Nature of the Services

Stradefy Platform provides software access, cloud-based platform services, automated trading environments, digital strategy access, operational configuration delivery, software licensing, downloadable digital products, and SaaS-based functionality.

All services provided by Stradefy Platform are classified as digital services and software-based products.

3. General Refund Principle

Due to the nature of software licensing, cloud-based access, digital content delivery, operational configuration exposure, and immediate access to intellectual property and platform resources, purchases made through Stradefy are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Users acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical products; platform access may immediately expose proprietary software, configurations, operational logic, interfaces, or intellectual property; software usage may begin immediately after activation; and digital delivery creates irreversible access to licensed resources.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable once access has been granted: subscription fees, software licenses, strategy access, cloud configuration access, downloadable files, Expert Advisors (EAs), digital operational resources, platform activation, onboarding access, account provisioning, renewals, upgrade fees, and promotional purchases.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Some Stradefy Platform services operate on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, users authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan.

Users are responsible for monitoring active subscriptions, updating billing information, and canceling subscriptions before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to renew.

Subscription cancellations prevent future renewals but do not automatically generate refunds for prior billing periods.

6. Trials and Evaluation Periods

If Stradefy Platform offers free trials, promotional access, demo environments, temporary evaluation periods, or limited preview access, users are expected to evaluate the platform during those periods before committing to a paid subscription.

Once a paid subscription is activated and access is provisioned, refund eligibility becomes restricted under this policy.

7. Exceptional Refund Cases

Stradefy may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, including duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, accidental multiple purchases, or technical failures directly attributable to Stradefy Platform that completely prevent platform access and cannot be reasonably resolved.

Refund requests are not automatically approved. Approval remains at the sole discretion of Stradefy Platform, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds will generally not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to: dissatisfaction with trading results, financial losses, unmet profit expectations, lack of trading experience, operational misuse, incorrect risk configuration, broker-related issues, third-party platform failures, internet or hardware instability, VPS failures, misunderstanding of the strategy, changes in market conditions, emotional or psychological expectations, inactivity after purchase, or failure to cancel recurring billing before renewal.

Refunds will also not be granted for access suspended, revoked, or terminated due to license misuse, unauthorized sharing, use by a different license holder, use for third-party benefit, redistribution, sublicensing, bypassing plan limits, copy trading, signal distribution, or any other violation of the Terms of Service, except where a refund is mandatory under applicable law.

9. Financial Market Disclaimer

Financial markets involve substantial risk. Stradefy Platform provides technology and software tools, not financial guarantees.

Users acknowledge that automated trading does not eliminate risk; past performance does not guarantee future results; losses may occur; market conditions may change unpredictably; and operational performance may vary.

Refund requests based on financial losses, drawdowns, failed evaluations, prop firm account failures, or unmet profit expectations are not considered valid refund grounds.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact Stradefy Platform support before initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized transaction claims.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, revocation of platform access, license invalidation, and restriction from future purchases.

Stradefy Platform reserves the right to provide transaction evidence, login records, access logs, and usage data to payment providers during dispute investigations.

11. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring billing, does not retroactively refund previous payments, and does not guarantee continued access after the active billing cycle expires.

Users remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.

12. Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and other supported processors.

By purchasing Stradefy Platform services, users also acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms, operational rules, refund procedures, dispute handling processes, and internal policies of the payment processors used.

Refund timelines, if approved, may depend on banking institutions, card issuers, regional processing rules, payment provider policies, and Stripe operational procedures and review timelines.

Certain payment-related processes, including refunds, chargebacks, dispute investigations, payment reversals, fraud analysis, and payment authorization reviews, may be subject to Stripe's internal operational and compliance procedures.

Stradefy does not control the internal decision-making processes, timelines, fraud systems, banking network rules, or payment infrastructure used by Stripe or other payment providers.

Users may also be subject to Stripe's own terms, policies, and consumer protections where applicable.

Stradefy is not responsible for delays, banking restrictions, processing interruptions, or payment provider decisions caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

13. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

By purchasing Stradefy Platform services, users acknowledge that digital delivery may begin immediately, software access may be provisioned instantly, intellectual property exposure may occur immediately after activation, and access to operational resources may be irreversible.

Users expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital services where applicable.

14. Account Termination

Violation of Terms of Service, licensing restrictions, redistribution rules, platform abuse policies, unauthorized license sharing, third-party use, or fraudulent activity policies may result in account suspension, license revocation, immediate termination of access, forfeiture of remaining subscription periods, and loss of refund eligibility, except where a refund is mandatory under applicable law.

15. Local Consumer Rights

Certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer rights that cannot be contractually excluded. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that are legally required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local laws impose mandatory refund rights, Stradefy Platform will comply with those obligations to the extent required.

16. Modifications to this Policy

Stradefy Platform reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

17. Contact

Refund-related inquiries must be submitted through the official Stradefy support channels provided during onboarding or subscription.

Requests submitted through unofficial channels may not be processed.

18. Final Provisions

By purchasing or accessing Stradefy Platform services, users acknowledge that they understand the digital nature of the services, the risks associated with financial markets, the limitations of automated trading tools, and that software access may begin immediately after activation.

Users also acknowledge that they agree to this Refund Policy. If the user does not agree with this Refund Policy, they should refrain from purchasing or using Stradefy Platform services.
