Which plan should I choose?
Choose a managed plan if you want Stradefy to handle validation and updates for strategy configurations selected in the platform and shared across your allowed accounts. Choose a flexible plan if you prefer to control EA parameters and use the plan limit by chart in use.
Do I need to monitor the chart all day?
No. The EA automatically executes operations according to the strategy and registered configurations.
How do I receive access after subscribing?
After payment confirmation, you receive access details by email and can manage everything directly through the platform.
What does "simultaneous account" mean?
It is the number of distinct accounts where you can use the EA at the same time. This limit varies according to the selected plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When the plan changes, Stradefy automatically updates the number of allowed accounts, charts in use, strategy configurations and resources enabled under the new plan.
Can I change strategy later?
Yes. You can switch between available strategies according to your plan permissions.
Does the EA work on Windows and Mac?
Yes. The robot runs through MetaTrader 5 (MT5), regardless of operating system.
Do I need a VPS?
It is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend using a VPS to keep the robot execution stable and continuous.
Does Stradefy promise profit?
No. Stradefy delivers technology, automation and operational tools. Financial markets involve risk, and no strategy, robot or platform can guarantee profits or eliminate the possibility of losses.
Does the robot work with brokers and prop firms?
Yes. The EA can be used with brokers and prop firms that are compatible with MetaTrader 5 (MT5). However, each company has its own rules, and some prop firm models do not allow the use of EAs of any kind. Always confirm the rules of your broker or prop firm before operating.
Is risk management automatic?
Yes. The robot performs risk management according to the parameters defined by the user in MT5.
Can I use my own configurations?
